Columbia University Pre-College Programs

Columbia University Pre-College Programs, administered through Columbia University School of Professional Studies, offer high school students access to university-level academic content through summer and online programs. Students engage with Columbia faculty and immerse themselves in subjects ranging from finance and business to science, creative writing, and the humanities. Program formats include on-campus residential and commuter sessions at Morningside Heights, New York, and online courses across 1-week and multi-week formats. Students who complete programs receive a Columbia University Certification of Participation. Financial aid is available for eligible students. The programs are designed to prepare high school students for the rigor of university study and to provide exposure to specialized academic disciplines.
