How entries are judged

Entries are assessed based on content originality, video structure, visual design, overall experience (message comprehension and impact), and cultural sensitivity. Production quality is not a primary criterion. The video should demonstrate assessment of local needs, effectiveness of the social action plan, and potential for long-term impact.

Selection process

Selection is based on the video's adherence to the theme, creativity, originality of the idea, clear structure, compelling visual design, and the overall impact and cultural sensitivity of the message. The social action project's effectiveness and long-term impact are key.
