About This Opportunity
The Youth Climate Conclave (YCC) Photography Competition is an annual event organized by The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) under the India-EU Clean Energy and Climate Partnership (CECP) project. It aims to engage and empower young people across India to become leaders in combating climate change by capturing positive climate actions through photography. This competition serves as a vital platform for education and collaboration, uniting youth to address pressing environmental challenges and inspire change.
This competition is open to children and youth across India, specifically in two age categories: 10 to 18 years and 19 to 25 years. Participants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply, regardless of caste, race, gender, or physical ability. Each participant is limited to submitting one original photograph that expresses their interpretation of the theme, accompanied by a captivating tagline of no more than 15 words.
Winners receive e-certificates, medals, and mementos, along with the unique opportunity to attend the Youth Climate Conclave and be felicitated at the prestigious World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS).
