What you get
Brand page and enquiries
Your brand page shows new students what your classes are like, and keeps every enquiry for you to follow up.
Add your photos, videos and details under My page. You choose what students on WiWit see, and what anyone on the web sees.
- Your brand page's address is on My page: Copy link, Share, or QR code to print for your door.
- 1Every message from your page arrives in Enquiries, with the person's name and number.
- 2Call or WhatsApp them, then Done.
Fees and payments
Managing fees and reconciling payments is not easy, and payment gateways charge on every payment. WiWit handles your fees end to end, from reminders to reconciling, without a payment gateway.
1Timely reminders
Five days before the due date, or up to 15, as you choose.
2Paid straight to you
From any UPI app, straight to your own UPI ID.
3Every payment recorded
The parent shares the receipt to WiWit. WiWit records it for the right student and month, and asks you when something does not match.
4Follow-ups on late fees
The day after the due date, and a week after. You do not have to remember who is late.
- Add your UPI ID under My details. Set each fee once under Fee structure, and put it on a batch.
- A payment screenshot sent to you: tap Add receipt. It is recorded once, however often it is shared.
- 1Received, To collect and Overdue: where your fees stand this month.
- 2Remind sends the reminder again. Record payment is for a fee paid in cash or any other way.
- 3A parent says they paid. Tap See what they sent, then Record payment or Not received.
Students
WiWit keeps all your students and their parents in one place, always up to date.
Parents add their own child with your class code, and you approve each one.
- 1Your class code. A parent types it in the WiWit app, or scans the QR.
- 2Invite students sends a ready message with the link. Print the class code prints the code and its QR.
- Later, Invite students on My page has the same code and link.
- When you approve, choose In a batch and the batch, or One-on-one. Attendance and fees follow it.
- A family without a smartphone: tap Add student.
Attendance
WiWit makes attendance quick and reliable, and parents see it without asking you.
Each parent sees only their own child. Insights shows you a child who has missed three classes in a row.
- 1Present or Absent for each child. Or Mark all present and change the few who are away.
- 2Save attendance, and each parent sees it.
Announcements
Every student hears from you at once, and you know who it reached.
Write it once, and it reaches every student it is for in the WiWit app at once.
- 1New announcement, then choose All students, Selected batches or Selected students.
- 2Sent to 24 people: who it reached. Tap it to see each person. Tell them again sends it once more.
Chat
Every conversation stays private and easy to find, away from a busy group.
Each student has their own conversation with you, which no one else in the class sees. Your announcements and fee reminders appear in it too.
- 1Two teal ticks: your message has been seen.
- 2Tap the mic to record, then Stop. Listen, and tap Send.
Study material
Share study material once, and every student who needs it has it.
Share notes, documents and videos with a batch or with chosen students. Parents open them in the WiWit app, and a child who joins later sees them too.
- 1Add, then Share now or Keep as draft.
- 2Drafts are seen only by you, until you share them.
Under Can it be downloaded?, choose View only in the app, Download and keep or Download for selected students.
Events
Plan every event knowing exactly who is coming.
Parents get the date and place in the WiWit app and answer. You see who is coming, and after the day, you send them the photos.
- 1Who is coming: the count, as parents answer.
- 2Tell them again sends the date and place once more.
- Add event and turn on Ask who is coming. The invitation opens next: tap Send.
- After the day, Add photos.
Class reminders
Every parent is reminded before every class, so you never have to send a reminder.
The reminder reaches each parent's phone an hour before the class. Days you mark as a holiday are skipped.
Give each batch its class days and times under Batches, and the reminders follow them.
