About this opportunity
The AFS Global STEM Accelerators is a fully funded virtual programme for young women aged 15 to 17.5 who are passionate about STEM and social change.
Co-developed with the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Science, Sustainability, and the Media (Penn CSIS), the programme runs for 12 weeks and brings together a global cohort to develop STEM projects, apply design thinking, and collaborate across cultures.
Participants receive mentorship from STEM professionals, work in international teams, and present final projects to an expert panel. Graduates earn a joint certificate from AFS and the University of Pennsylvania.
