About This Opportunity
The Antariksha National Space Quiz is a leading online competition aimed at inspiring Indian students in space science and astronomy. This quiz provides a comprehensive platform to prepare, test, and mentor participants, helping them develop essential space-ready skills and knowledge. It is organized by Antariksh Society, a project supported by Bharat Astrospace under the 'India in Space Project'.
This quiz is open to students across India, divided into two categories: Stellar for Standards 3 to 5 (ages 8-10) and Universal for Standards 6 to 10 (ages 11-15). Students can participate individually or as part of a school team, with each school permitted to nominate up to two teams per category. The competition features multiple online rounds culminating in a grand finale.
Participants will significantly expand their knowledge in space science and technology, gaining a deeper understanding of India's remarkable achievements in space exploration. Winners will receive prestigious certificates, trophies, and medals, earning the esteemed title of 'National Space Masters'. All participants who clear each round will also receive a certificate, acknowledging their progress and achievement.
This national-level quiz offers a unique opportunity for students to challenge their abilities, learn from experts in the field, and connect with the wider space community. It actively promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are crucial for pursuing future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
