About This Opportunity
The CBSE Heritage India Quiz is an annual inter-school competition designed to educate students about India's diverse cultural heritage. It aims to instill pride and responsibility towards preserving India's rich history, monuments, art, and traditions. The quiz encourages students to explore and appreciate the cultural, historical, and architectural beauty of India.
This competition is open to students from classes 9 to 12, primarily from CBSE-affiliated schools in India and abroad. Each school can register one team consisting of three students. The selection of team members is done internally by the respective schools.
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge about Indian heritage and culture, enhancing their analytical and quick decision-making skills. The quiz fosters self-directed learning and provides national-level recognition for their achievements. Certificates are awarded to participants, and winners receive cash prizes.
The quiz progresses through multiple stages, starting with an online test at the school level, followed by cluster rounds, semi-finals, and a grand finale. The competition includes various question formats, including multiple-choice, true/false, and image-based questions, testing both knowledge and application skills.
