About This Opportunity
The Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam National Talent Troopers Competition (NTTC) is an annual, national-level online IQ and aptitude test meticulously organized by the IIMT Group of Colleges, Greater Noida. This prestigious competition is designed to identify, encourage, and nurture young minds across India who possess strong aptitude and a winning attitude.
Building on several years of successful editions, NTTC attracts thousands of students from diverse schools nationwide, providing a significant platform for talent showcase. The competition is structured into two distinct phases: Phase I (Preliminary Test) and Phase II (Mains Test). Progression to Phase II is exclusively for candidates who successfully clear the threshold score in Phase I.
The test comprehensively assesses participants on key areas including English Language, Rational Thinking & Reasoning, General Awareness, and IT Awareness. Importantly, the questions are formulated to evaluate general aptitude and are not directly tied to the academic syllabi of 10th, 11th, or 12th grades, ensuring a level playing field for all.
Each phase comprises 50 multiple-choice questions, with a total of 100 marks per phase, and a strict duration of 60 minutes per test. A negative marking scheme is applied, with 0.5 marks deducted for every incorrect answer, while each correct answer earns 2 marks.
