About This Opportunity
The Ei ASSET Computational Thinking (CT) Exam is a comprehensive assessment developed by Educational Initiatives (Ei) to measure students' understanding and application of computational thinking skills. This exam aims to move beyond rote learning by presenting unfamiliar and thought-provoking questions that assess a student's basic understanding of concepts and their ability to apply knowledge in new situations. It is designed to foster critical 21st-century skills essential for navigating a technology-driven world.
This exam is open to students from Grades 3 to 10 across India. It is a board-agnostic assessment, meaning it is suitable for students following various curricula. The assessment focuses on evaluating how well students have understood essential concepts and can apply their knowledge, rather equal to memorizing facts.
Participants receive personalized reports that offer actionable insights into their performance. These reports highlight individual strengths and weaknesses, providing valuable feedback for students, teachers, and school management. The exam helps benchmark student performance against other schools, identifying areas for improvement and promoting a culture of knowledge-driven learning.
The Ei ASSET CT Exam is conducted once a year and is available in both OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) and computer-based formats.
