Rules and guidelines
- Art projects must be prepared and submitted by only one student.
- The artwork size should be 18x24 inches.
- All imagery and art must be the student's own original work.

- All project file names must be in English characters and less than 25 characters.

Fee details
Application fee: $60 USD per project. Participation fee (if selected as a finalist): $600 USD per participant. Guest fee (for chaperones): $500 USD if staying off-campus, $850 USD if staying on-campus.
Refund policy
Only 50% of the participation fee is refundable within a specific time. Application fees are non-refundable.
