About This Opportunity
The ISH Summer Experience Programme is a short-term immersive programme offered by Indian School of Hospitality for students aged 12 to 18. Designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world hospitality, the programme gives participants a curated preview of professional education in hotel management and culinary arts through hands-on workshops and guided industry interactions.
Over five days, students engage with hospitality, food, and business disciplines through sessions led by ISH faculty, seasoned chefs, and industry entrepreneurs. Activities span culinary innovation, business design challenges, food styling, digital storytelling, and service experience simulations. Evening social events complement daytime learning, making the experience both educational and community-building.
Participants stay at Hyatt Regency Gurugram in twin-sharing accommodation with all meals provided and daily shuttle service included in the programme fee. The programme runs multiple batches between April and June each year, allowing students to register for a session that suits their academic schedule.
