About This Opportunity
The JMMC Ramanujan Memorial Talent Search (RMTS) is a national-level online mathematics examination conducted by JMMC India, an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization based in Kolkata. Named in honor of the legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, the examination aims to identify and encourage mathematical talent among students.
The exam follows a two-level format. Level 1 consists of 60 multiple-choice questions carrying 300 marks to be completed in 45 minutes without negative marking. Students who qualify Level 1 advance to Level 2, which follows the same format but includes negative marking for incorrect answers.
Open to students from Class 1 through graduation level, the RMTS provides a structured platform for testing mathematical aptitude across different educational stages. With 18 editions completed, the examination has built a strong track record of promoting mathematics education.
Successful participants receive certificates and recognition from JMMC India, encouraging continued pursuit of mathematical excellence.
