About This Opportunity
The Krav Maga Global (KMG) India Kids Self-Defense Program offers specialized training for children and teenagers across India. This program addresses unique challenges faced by young people, such as bullying and developing essential life skills, through a structured syllabus in a fun and engaging environment. It aims to equip participants with practical self-defense techniques and tactics to handle unexpected confrontations.
This program is open to kids and teens aged 6 to 18 years, covering grades 1 to 12, with no specific academic requirements. It is designed for all genders and is available across various locations in India, including major cities in the North, North East, Central, South, East, and West zones. The training emphasizes individual progress and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Participants will develop crucial self-defense skills, including anti-bullying strategies, awareness and avoidance techniques, and conflict resolution. Beyond physical techniques, the program focuses on building confidence, self-discipline, respect, decision-making, and overall fitness and coordination. Students can also work towards grading levels, earning ranks that enhance their self-esteem and provide a sense of accomplishment.
The curriculum is designed to be easy to learn and apply, based on natural body movements. Regular practice helps children retain techniques longer and fosters a lifelong love for exercise. The program also subtly integrates lessons on functional physical fitness and practical life skills, showing kids they can be both kind and strong.
