- A white T-shirt and association-approved uniform are compulsory for all participants

- Entries are accepted only through affiliated district associations, not from individuals
- No tobacco, gutka or intoxicants on the premises, on pain of disqualification

Entry fee of Rs 700 per event for the cadet or sub-junior singles, in addition to a one-time annual association player registration of Rs 100. Entries and fees are routed through the affiliated district carrom association.
