About This Opportunity
Picasso Art Contest is an annual international painting competition organized by Picasso Creative Skills, an ISO 9001:2015 certified educational organization based in Gujarat, India. The contest has been running since 2012 and accepts entries from participants aged 6 to 19 from over 129 countries worldwide.
Each annual edition carries a unique name. Participants submit one physical painting for evaluation. The judging uses the proprietary ICE-PAPA framework, which scores entries across seven criteria: Innovation, Creativity, Engagement, Perfection, Age of Artist, Presentation, and Artistic Ability. Digital artworks are not accepted; only original physical paintings are eligible.
Selected participants receive the ICE-PAPA Award Certificate and are featured in the Hall of Fame for outstanding work. Three-time winners receive special Triple Crown recognition. A voluntary post-selection fee applies for participants who wish to claim a physical Diamond or Gold award certificate.
The contest accepts submissions during each annual edition and announces results after the judging period. Participants from India and 129+ other countries compete in the same pool, making this one of the few truly international art contests accessible to young artists across the globe.
