About This Opportunity

The Punjab State Junior and Sub-Junior Carrom Championship is the Punjab State Carrom Association's state-level championship for its younger age groups, contested by boys and girls entered through affiliated district carrom associations.

The championship is contested in two age divisions defined as on the date of the draw: Sub-Junior for players under fourteen years and Junior for players under eighteen years, in separate boys and girls singles events. Players enter through their affiliated district association after registering with the carrom federation, and state results feed selection to the national junior and sub-junior championships.

Matches are played under the Laws of Carrom adopted by the All India Carrom Federation, on standard boards with regulation coins and strikers. State champions and runners-up are recognised in each division, and selected players go on to represent Punjab at the national level.
