About this opportunity
The Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy Cricket Program is a 12-month structured cricket coaching pathway delivered through a partnership between Sachin Tendulkar and Middlesex County Cricket Club.
Hosted at the DY Patil Sports Academy in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, around 200 trainees aged 7 to 21 — boys and girls — are spread across morning and evening batches. Each batch runs for two and a half hours, four sessions per week.
Training combines on-field cricket coaching with strength and conditioning, sports psychology, and tactical sessions. The global head coach is Josh Knappett, with former India international Vinod Kambli as head coach at DY Patil.
The program emphasises holistic development, aiming to produce both skilled cricketers and well-rounded global citizens.
