About This Opportunity
Robofest India RoboMed Senior Division is a project-style autonomous robotics competition where student teams design, build, and program a robot that delivers a healthcare service or simulates a biomedical device. The Senior Division is part of the global Robofest program organized by Lawrence Technological University and brought to India by Novatech Robo.
The Senior Division is open to students in Classes 9 to 12. Teams of up to five students work over the season to develop their robot, integrate sensors and computational components, and document their solution. Robots must be fully autonomous; teams may use any robotics platform and any programming language.
Winners earn certificates and qualify for the Robofest World Championship at Lawrence Technological University in Michigan, USA. All Robofest competitors automatically qualify for an LTU scholarship of three thousand dollars per year, and Senior Division World Champion team members receive an LTU scholarship certificate worth up to twenty thousand dollars per year for four years.
The competition combines hands-on engineering, programming, and applied biomedical thinking, and provides a structured pathway from regional qualifiers to international finals.
