How entries are judged

Judging is based solely on the marks obtained in the online multiple-choice question examination. In the event of a tie between participants, scores from specific sections of the exam may be given varied weightage to accurately determine the final ranking and award positions. Final results are also subject to the time taken to complete the examination.

Selection process

Selection for Level 2 is based on the qualifying scores achieved by students in the Level 1 exam. The ultimate winners and rank holders of the STTAR National Students Olympiad are determined by their performance in the Level 2 examination.
