How to apply
- 1Registration can be completed via the official online portal (https://events.vit.ac.in/) or by Demand Draft (DD).
- 2The filled and signed registration form, along with the online payment receipt or DD, must be submitted by courier/post or as a scanned copy via email by the specified deadline.
Rules and guidelines
- Each team must consist of exactly 3 members for the poster presentation.
- Only one poster is allowed per team.
- Names and Institute name should appear on the backside of the poster.
- All lettering and diagrams on the poster should be large enough to be read from a minimum of 2 feet.
- The official language for the poster and presentation will be English.
- Participants must use original content; no printouts are allowed for the poster.
- Posters can be a combination of artwork, crafts, and text.
- Participants should prepare their posters beforehand.
