About This Opportunity
The WRC Innovation Contest, organized by the All India Council for Robotics & Automation (AICRA) as part of Technoxian, is a premier platform for young innovators and tech enthusiasts across India. Participants are encouraged to present cutting-edge solutions to real-world problems through their innovative projects and ideas. This competition aims to cultivate essential skills and provide national and global recognition for futuristic, creative, and sustainable projects that align with current industry needs and have the potential to disrupt technology.
This contest is open to individuals and teams from RoboClubs, schools, colleges, and universities. There are two main categories: a Junior Category for participants aged 8 to 16 years, and an Open for All category for college and university students of any age. Projects can be physical working models or software-based solutions in fields like AgriTech, EduTech, HealthTech, FinTech, Cloud, Machine Learning, AI, Web/Android applications, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, and Big Data.
Participants gain valuable experience in project development, presentation, and problem-solving. Winners receive significant cash prizes and certificates from AICRA, along with national and international recognition. The contest also offers opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and exposure to industry experts and potential investors, fostering future career prospects in technology and innovation.
Each team or individual participant will be provided a dedicated space to showcase their project. They will present their working model and supporting documents to a jury, who will evaluate projects based on innovation, creativity, uniqueness, and future scope. The competition emphasizes practical implementation and the ability to demonstrate functionality.
