Badminton Gurukul

Badminton Gurukul is a national badminton coaching network, an initiative by Pullela Gopichand, that aims to make quality badminton coaching accessible and grow the sport across the country. Starting in 2013, the network has grown to operate across many cities and states, with dozens of coaching centres and over a hundred coaches training thousands of students. It delivers structured, level-based coaching from beginner to advanced, and also organises badminton academy events. Founded by All England champion and national coach Pullela Gopichand, with Olympian Aparna Popat associated with its early academies, the network focuses on physical literacy and skill development from the grassroots through to competitive play.
