About
The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of IIT Bombay, established in 1998, is Asia's largest student-run, non-profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship. E-Cell IIT Bombay inspires and supports budding entrepreneurs and young professionals through dynamic workshops, insightful speaker sessions, and high-stakes business plan competitions like Eureka!, recognized as Asia's largest business model competition. They provide personalized guidance from experienced mentors, crucial funding opportunities, and a robust network to help turn innovative ideas into successful ventures. E-Cell also focuses on creating entrepreneurial awareness within IIT Bombay and across India through initiatives like Eureka! Junior for school students and the National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC), aiming to cultivate a job-creating mindset among the youth. Their initiatives have a wide-reaching presence, engaging over 20,000 startups, 3,000 colleges, 250,000 students, and 100,000 professionals across more than 1,500 cities.
