Enabling Leadership

Enabling Leadership is a global non-profit organization dedicated to equipping children aged 9-15 from underprivileged backgrounds with essential leadership and life skills. The organization utilizes creative and innovative programs, including football, music, and Lego, to foster critical competencies such as problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and ethical values. These programs are designed to help children break cycles of intergenerational poverty and become responsible, employable adults. The institution's unique framework on leadership underpins each program, setting competencies in skills like creativity, analytical thinking, action, and accountability. Enabling Leadership works with children in government and low-income schools, providing sustained in-school interventions and fostering holistic transformation through parent and community engagement. Enabling Leadership currently reaches over 10,000 children across 120+ schools in 5 cities and 45 villages across India, with a goal to impact one million children by 2030. The organization also has a presence in Cambodia, Kenya, and Singapore, extending its transformative impact globally. The programs emphasize experiential learning, allowing children to connect classroom and playground experiences with real-life challenges.
