EXSTEMPLAR Education Linkers Foundation is a leading non-profit organization in India dedicated to fostering scientific literacy, innovation, and research-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning among students. Established in 2018, the foundation aims to promote a paradigm shift in STEM education by encouraging inquiry-based skills and design thinking methodologies. They are the proud organizers and implementers of the Initiative for Research and Innovation in STEM (IRIS) National Fair, a premier pre-college science competition that provides a robust platform for young Indian innovators to showcase their groundbreaking projects and represent India at the prestigious Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in the USA. EXSTEMPLAR also conducts impactful workshops, comprehensive mentoring camps, and extensive outreach programs, including the notable EY STEM App project, to make STEM education inclusive and accessible, particularly for young girls across India. Their vision is to empower students to solve real-world problems, cultivate critical thinking, and contribute significantly to national and global development through advancements in science and technology.
