The company employs national and international athletes through its sports quota and supports young, upcoming sportspersons through the IndianOil Sports Scholarship scheme branded as IndianOil Acers. Through decades of involvement in sports, IndianOil has supported athletes who have represented India at the Olympic Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Championships. The corporation reserves 50% of scholar seats under Acers for female sportspersons to encourage gender equity in Indian sports.
