India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN), established in 2011, is the world's largest youth-run organization dedicated to cultivating global citizenship with a strong Indian ethos among students aged 13-19. IIMUN orchestrates highly engaging academic simulations of United Nations sessions, the Indian Parliament, and other multilateral organizations, providing students with a dynamic platform to debate and deliberate on critical international relations, current affairs, and world politics. Beyond its renowned Model UN conferences, IIMUN is committed to holistic youth development through comprehensive leadership programs, promotion of literature via youth-focused festivals, and impactful social initiatives. With an expansive network reaching over 220 cities and 35 countries, IIMUN annually influences millions of students through its diverse conferences, interactive workshops, and school clubs. The organization's core mission is to nurture conscientious global citizens who deeply appreciate both Indian culture and broader global perspectives, equipping young leaders with practical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a profound understanding of geopolitical realities to navigate future challenges effectively. IIMUN has notably organized the world's largest Mock UNO conference in Mumbai with 7,500 students and was the first organization to hold a Model UN conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City.
