LearningLeaders (LL)

LearningLeaders (LL) is a debate and public speaking training company for students aged 10 to 18. It runs online classes, camps and debate tournaments, and co-hosts the Cambridge Asia British Parliamentary Championships (CABP) with the Cambridge Union Society. The company, LearningLeaders, Inc., was founded in 2014 by Michael Hauge, its CEO. Its stated mission is to prepare leaders to communicate with confidence. It works with 2 university debating societies, the Cambridge Union Society and the Harvard College Debating Union. With the Harvard College Debating Union, it created the World Schools Debating League (WSDL) in 2021. Its programs include the Academy, Elite and Competition programs, week-long Intensives, Harvard and Cambridge Camps run with students from both debating societies, and Debate Camp Cambridge, a summer camp held in Cambridge, UK. CABP is a series of British Parliamentary debate tournaments for school teams of students aged 18 and under from across Asia, held online and in person. LearningLeaders states that all CABP events are run on a non-profit basis, with proceeds used to host the events, pay adjudicators and fund scholarships.
