Payyade Sports Club

Payyade Sports Club is a Mumbai Cricket Association affiliated cricket club established in 2002. The club runs a structured cricket academy that develops young cricketers through professional coaching, regular practice on turf wickets, and competitive match exposure. The academy is led by experienced coaches and supported by a panel of professional coaches covering batting, bowling, fielding, and physical training. Training is conducted on the club's own ground with turf wickets, changing facilities, and physical training infrastructure. The club is widely recognised in Mumbai cricket circles for nurturing players who have gone on to represent India at the highest level, including Rohit Sharma and Poonam Raut. Players from the academy regularly participate in MCA-organised club matches and friendly fixtures.
