Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy

The Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy is an elite badminton training academy founded by All England champion Pullela Gopichand, dedicated to developing players into national and international champions. It is a recognised national training centre, run in association with the Sports Authority of India. The academy provides full-time, scientific badminton coaching across junior and senior age groups, supported by fitness and conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition and sports-science facilities on its Hyderabad campus. Outstation trainees are accommodated on campus, and admission to its regular batches is strictly through selection trials. The academy has produced some of India's most successful badminton players, including Olympic medallists and world-class shuttlers such as P.V. Sindhu, Saina Nehwal and Kidambi Srikanth, and continues to train players who represent the country internationally.
