Sophie Fellowship Team

The Sophie Fellowship is a distinguished student-run initiative dedicated to empowering high school students across India with a profound passion for mathematics. In partnership with the Online Math Club, this program offers comprehensive, free-of-cost training and a prestigious fellowship for students rigorously preparing for national and international mathematical competitions. These include the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), European Girls' Mathematical Olympiad (EGMO), Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO), and Asia Pacific Mathematical Olympiad (APMO). The team comprises accomplished students, including IMO and EGMO medalists and participants of the Indian IMO training camp, who leverage their firsthand experience to guide aspiring mathematicians. The fellowship is committed to enhancing the quality and accessibility of math education in India while actively working to improve gender representation within the mathematical community. The program features weekly classes, challenging problem sets with personalized feedback, engaging team contests, and realistic mock tests. It also fosters a supportive and collaborative community where students can interact, share insights, and hone their problem-solving skills to achieve success in competitive mathematics. The Sophie Fellowship aims to select students who will benefit most from the program, focusing on enthusiasm and hard work beyond just prior achievements.
