About
Tilting Futures is a global nonprofit that equips young people worldwide with the skills and perspectives needed to create meaningful impact on pressing global challenges. Founded in 2010 as Global Citizen Year by social entrepreneur Abby Falik, the organization has served over 3,000 young people from 100+ countries through immersive learning experiences. Its flagship programs include the Global Citizen Year Fellowship (2010–2020), Global Citizen Year Academy (2020–2022), and the current Take Action Lab. Tilting Futures partners with leading universities including Harvard, Duke, Boston University, Stanford, Carnegie Mellon, and Middlebury.
