Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Submit a request below to delete your WiWit account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including child profiles, certificates, saved opportunities, and social connections. This cannot be undone.

Enter the phone number associated with your WiWit account.

What happens next

  • Your request is processed within 7 calendar days of submission.
  • We delete or anonymise your profile, your children's profiles, certificates, social posts, comments, reactions, connections, and notification history across Firestore, Cloud Storage, and our PostgreSQL database. Crash and audit logs are retained only as required by law.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Some backups may retain anonymised data for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
  • The fastest path is to delete from inside the WiWit app under Settings → Delete Account. It completes immediately and re-authenticates you for security.
