Delete your WiWit for Classes account

In the app it is done at once. If you cannot open the app, send a request below.

In WiWit for Classes

  1. Open WiWit for Classes, or classes.wiwitness.com on a computer.
  2. Go to My details. On a phone, it is under More.
  3. Under Your account, tap Delete account, then enter the OTP sent to your number.

What is deleted

  • Every class you own, with everything in it: students, batches, attendance, fees, payments, conversations, study material, events and the class page.
  • Parents in those classes are told the class has left WiWit, and what you sent them goes from their app.
  • A class you help run carries on for its owner. You come off it.
  • Your sign-in goes. If you also use the WiWit app as a parent, that account and your children stay. Delete it in the WiWit app under Settings, or at wiwitness.com/delete-account.
  • WiWit keeps a record that each class was deleted, with its name, for security.

Cannot open the app?

This action is permanent

The classes you run go with everything in them: students, fees, payments, conversations and files. Parents are told the class has left WiWit. This cannot be undone.

Enter the phone number you sign in to WiWit for Classes with.
