- Players must have a valid AITA Registration Card to participate.
- No player can participate in two different tournaments at different venues during the same tournament week.
- Players are allowed to partake in a maximum of three events in a tournament involving more than one age group, typically two singles main draws and one doubles main draw.
- Withdrawal from a tournament after the deadline means withdrawal from all events of that tournament.
- No on-court coaching is permitted during matches.
- Players must adhere to the AITA Code of Conduct and rules of tennis as per ITF regulations.

Entry fees vary by tournament series. For Super Series, singles fees are ₹700 and doubles are ₹900 per pair. For National Series, singles fees are ₹900 and doubles are ₹1,100 per pair. For Nationals, singles fees are ₹1,100 and doubles are ₹1,300 per pair. These are the maximum fees that can be charged, with no extra fees for online sign-in. Fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
Refund policy
Fees are generally non-refundable once the registration deadline has passed or participation is confirmed. If a player signs in but does not appear for their match, a fine of ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + 18% GST) may be imposed.
