- Workshop slots are limited, and participants will be allotted one of their three preferred workshops.
- Accommodation is provided in world-class, twin-sharing, air-conditioned rooms with separate blocks for male and female occupants.
- A well-equipped infirmary with 24/7 expert medical assistance is available on campus.
- Relatives or local guardians can meet participants during designated visiting hours (8:30-10 AM and during lunch).
- Participants are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Anant National University, Ahmedabad.
