About This Opportunity
The Civil Services Preparatory Olympiad (CSPO) is a national-level competitive examination organized by Shamrang Scholars. It is designed to identify and nurture young talent with an aptitude for a career in the Indian civil services by providing early exposure to the format and rigor of competitive entrance exams.
The Olympiad is open to students from Class 6 to 12 across all recognized school boards in India. Participants are grouped into three distinct categories based on their grade level to ensure fair and balanced competition: Category 1 for Classes 6-8, Category 2 for Classes 9-10, and Category 3 for Classes 11-12.
Top performers at the national and state levels are rewarded with cash prizes, trophies, medals, and Certificates of Excellence. All participants receive a Certificate of Participation, encouraging them to explore their potential and build a strong foundation for future aspirations in public service.
The exam focuses on assessing skills crucial for civil services, such as general knowledge, current affairs, and analytical reasoning, providing an early introduction to the UPSC examination pattern. This helps students develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities from a young age.
