About This Opportunity
The Edutech India STEM and Robotics Workshop is conducted at the STEM+ Studio in Indira Nagar, Bangalore. Described as the first of its kind in India, the studio is designed to provide hands-on education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Language Arts using physical and digital materials.
Participants tinker, make, and build to develop creativity, innovation, and design thinking. Workshop content spans robotics, circuits, electronics, programming languages, 3D printing, drones, Arduino bot programming, augmented reality, and Maker Workshop activities involving glass, plastic, metals, and wood. Children also create art projects using Makey Makey electronic invention kits and Sphero floor robots.
Guided by expert facilitators, students engage in informal projects, attend interactive workshops, and prepare for national and international robotics competitions including FIRST LEGO League. The studio is an authorized LEGO Education partner in India and uses LEGO Mindstorms, BricQ Motion, SPIKE, and TETRIX Advanced Robotics platforms depending on age group.
The workshop format runs as part of Edutech's STEM+ Studio offerings, which include classes, camps, workshops, and competition preparation. Sessions are conducted in-person at the Bangalore studio for participants aged 6 to 16 years.
