About This Opportunity
ROBO SUMO, organized by Otomatiks as part of their Robotica series, is a thrilling national-level robotics competition where two autonomous robots compete head-to-head in a circular arena. The main objective is for a robot to push its opponent out of the ring, similar to traditional sumo wrestling, which tests the robot's design, power, stability, and programming logic.
This competition is designed to foster innovation and technical skills among students from grades 6 to 12 who are passionate about robotics and artificial intelligence. Participants get a hands-on platform to apply their knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and coding to build a robust and intelligent battling robot, encouraging creativity and strategic thinking in a competitive environment.
