About This Opportunity
India MUN National Conference is a flagship Model United Nations event focused on climate action, international trade, and sustainable development. Organized by India MUN under Gaia The Earth Foundation, it is India's first MUN conference centered entirely on climate action and innovation.
The conference is open to school students from Grades 8-12 and university students interested in global affairs, diplomacy, and leadership. Delegations representing schools, universities, and MUN clubs participate in high-level committee simulations including UNGA, UNFCCC, WTO, World Bank, IPCC, and Indian Parliament.
Participants compete for awards from a prize pool of over Rs. 5 lakh, with certificates provided to all delegates. The conference features workshops and dialogues with global experts, including former UNFCCC Deputy Executive Secretary Ovais Sarmad who serves as Secretary-General.
