Participants should be in good physical condition and willing to commit to rigorous daily training. Participants will gain enhanced physical flexibility, strength, and stamina, along with improved concentration and decision-making skills. The program also promotes self-defense abilities and a disciplined mindset. It offers a unique opportunity to learn in a traditional Gurukulam setting, fostering a deeper connection with ancient Indian culture and practices.
The program includes twice-daily Kalari sessions, meditation practices, and traditional Ayurvedic meals. Accommodation is provided, offering a serene environment conducive to focused learning and personal growth. Customized durations are available to suit individual training goals.
