How to apply
- 1Participants must submit a scanned image or a high-quality photograph of their artwork online via the Indiaart website.
- 2The submission should include essential details such as the artwork's title, medium used, size, and a brief description.
- 3Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of five artworks.
- 4Ensure all personal details, especially the postal address and full name, are accurate for certificate and medal dispatch.
Rules and guidelines

- Any drawing or painting medium can be used, including pencils, charcoal, watercolors, acrylics, or digital tools.

The Khula Aasmaan International Online Art Contest is a unique drawing, painting, and art competition designed to foster creative expression across all age groups. This contest is open to all age groups, including Kids (1-5 years), Children (5-15 years), Young Adults (15-30 years), Adults (30-60 years), and Senior Citizens (60 years & above). Participants have the freedom to choose their subject and medium, and can submit up to five original artworks.
Winners are awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals, along with certificates for medal winners, honorable mentions, and shortlisted entries. Every participant receives a Certificate of Participation. Shortlisted artworks gain promotion on the Indiaart portal, and a dedicated webpage is created for shortlisted artists for three years, offering significant exposure.

The competition involves two main rounds. The first round is the online submission of artworks. A jury then shortlists entries from each age group. The shortlisted artworks proceed to a second round of judging to determine medal winners and honorable mentions.
