About This Opportunity
The Les Roches Hospitality Discovery Summer Programme is a premier international summer experience designed for students aged 15 to 17 who wish to explore a career in hospitality. Hosted at Les Roches campuses in Crans-Montana, Switzerland and Marbella, Spain, the programme combines structured academic workshops with cultural excursions and social activities.
Participants engage in hands-on hospitality workshops covering hotel operations, culinary arts, marketing and business protocol, cocktail masterclasses, and oenology introductions. Behind-the-scenes visits to five-star hotel properties provide direct exposure to professional hospitality environments. Team-building exercises, city tours, and recreational activities complement the academic curriculum.
The programme is offered in one-week and two-week formats, with dates in July 2026 at both campuses. A dual-country option combining Switzerland and Spain is also available. Fees for the one-week programme start at CHF 3,570 (Crans-Montana) and EUR 2,700 (Marbella). English language proficiency is required, with IELTS 4.5, TOEFL 50, or FCE Grade C accepted. A valid passport and health insurance are mandatory.
