About This Opportunity
Maths Beyond Limits Balkans is an international mathematical camp designed for gifted high school students who are passionate about mathematics. The camp aims to provide a unique learning experience by exploring mathematical concepts beyond the standard high school curriculum, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing problem-solving skills. It brings together young mathematicians from diverse backgrounds to learn and collaborate in a supportive environment.
This camp is primarily for high school students aged 15-19, though exceptions may be made for slightly younger or older students who meet the academic criteria. Participants are selected through a rigorous application process that includes a qualifying quiz and an applicant questionnaire. The camp welcomes students from various countries, including India, offering a truly international experience.
Participants will engage in mathematical classes, independent problem-solving sessions (TAU), and peer-led presentations (Camper Talks). Beyond academics, the camp offers a variety of evening activities and excursions, promoting cultural exchange and personal development. It is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded peers and experienced tutors from prestigious universities worldwide.
The camp is free for all accepted participants, covering accommodation, food, local transportation, and all activities. Participants are generally responsible for their travel costs to and from the camp location in Konjic, Bosnia and Herzegovina. However, travel grants may be available for students who demonstrate financial need.

Open to high school students aged 15-19 with a strong interest and aptitude in mathematics. Applicants must successfully complete a rigorous online qualifying quiz and an applicant questionnaire. Students from India and all other countries are welcome. Exceptions for age may be made for middle or high school students who demonstrate exceptional mathematical ability.
