Rules and guidelines
- Delegates must follow UN4MUN Rules of Procedure during all committee sessions
- Each delegate represents an assigned country and must maintain their country position during debate
- Schools and colleges may register delegations to compete for the Best Delegation Award
- All participants must be between 16 and 25 years of age
- Professional conduct and respect for all delegates is mandatory throughout the conference
- The delegate fee is non-refundable.
- Meals and accommodation fees are refundable upon withdrawal before the conference.

The total fee is ₹4,700, which includes a Delegate Fee of ₹2,200 (covering training materials, delegate kit, committee sessions, workshops, and social events) and a Meals fee of ₹2,500 (for 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners, plus snacks). Accommodation is calculated separately.
Refund policy
The delegate fee is non-refundable. Fees for meals and accommodation are refundable upon withdrawal before the conference.

The North East India International Model United Nations (NEIMUN) Conference is an annual diplomatic simulation organized by the NEIMUN Foundation.
