About This Opportunity
RDIAS Global Summit is an annual Model United Nations conference organized by MUNSOC RDIAS at Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies in Rohini, Delhi. Established in 2018, the conference provides a platform for developing leadership, negotiation, and diplomacy skills among youth.
The conference is open to students from Class IX through post-graduate level, welcoming national and international participants. Delegates are assigned to committees simulating various UN bodies and Indian political forums, with a separate International Press track for investigative journalism.
Top delegates receive cash prizes including Rs. 5,000 for Best Delegate, Rs. 3,500 for High Commendation 1, and Rs. 2,000 for High Commendation 2 in each committee. All participants receive certificates of participation.
The conference features diverse committee options covering international diplomacy, human rights, gender issues, and Indian parliamentary proceedings, providing a comprehensive MUN experience.
