About This Opportunity
The Sanskrit Olympiad, organized by Central Sanskrit University (CSU) in collaboration with Little Guru, is an online competition designed to promote and preserve India's rich intellectual traditions. This unique initiative offers participants an engaging way to explore ancient sciences, mathematics, philosophy, and cultural wisdom, fostering a deeper understanding of India's profound heritage.
This Olympiad is open to students from Class 6 up to Post Graduation (Ph.D) level, and importantly, prior study of Sanskrit is not required. The syllabus is thoughtfully designed to be accessible and relevant for students following CBSE, ICSE, SSC, and various state board curriculums across India. There is also a separate participation category for the general public.
Participants will significantly enhance their critical thinking and analytical skills by connecting historical knowledge with contemporary applications. Top performers will receive prestigious national, state, and school-level awards, including valuable cash prizes and digital certificates. All participants will be awarded e-certificates, recognizing their valuable engagement in this significant cultural and educational endeavor.
The Olympiad utilizes an innovative online, gamified format, making the learning and assessment process engaging and accessible from anywhere.
