About this opportunity
SkillSphere Education conducts public speaking and soft skills development workshops for school students across Grades 1 to 12, delivered directly on school campuses through a structured suite of grade-specific programs.
The suite includes the LEAD Workshop for Grades 1 to 5 focused on leadership and expression, the Indiation Workshop for Grades 6 to 8 centered on national awareness, the Emergence Workshop for Grades 9 to 12 on senior-school leadership and campus-to-corporate skills, and the Ace Speakers Workshop for Grades 5 to 10 aimed at competitive public speaking formats such as debate, declamation, group discussion, and Model United Nations.
Sessions follow SkillSphere's activity-based 3D teaching model of develop, display, and disseminate, combining theoretical, practical, and experiential learning with continuous personalized feedback from trainers. Workshops are offered in short-term formats of three to ten days or as yearlong weekly sessions, and many cycles conclude with school-level culminations and competitions.
