About This Opportunity
The India STEM Innovation Challenge, organized by the India STEM Mission (an initiative of the All India Council for Robotics & Automation - AICRA), is a groundbreaking national competition designed to cultivate a deep passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among young minds across India.
This prestigious platform provides students with a unique opportunity to showcase their talents, creativity, and problem-solving prowess through engaging challenges and real-world projects.
Participants embark on a journey that not only tests their theoretical knowledge but also nurtures their ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply STEM concepts to solve contemporary issues. The challenge aims to engage budding STEM innovators in the practical applications of STEM to enhance their creative and cognitive abilities, preparing them for future academic and professional pursuits.
It is open to individuals and teams from AICRA member institutes, including schools, colleges, universities, and vocational institutes nationwide.
Participants are required to submit a compelling 2 to 5-minute video explaining their project, prototype, or innovative idea, along with a concise written description of 200-300 words. Projects are then showcased on the official India STEM Innovator webpage for public voting, fostering community engagement and peer recognition. Winners are meticulously selected through a blend of public votes and expert judgment from a distinguished panel of STEM professionals.
