About This Opportunity
The IIM Ranchi Young Changemakers Programme is a unique hybrid leadership initiative for high school students. It empowers young minds to become catalysts for positive change by focusing on social innovation, critical thinking, and exposure to management and policy frameworks. The program includes a 4-week virtual experience followed by an intensive 5-day rural immersion bootcamp at the IIM Ranchi campus.
This program is open to students in grades 9 to 12 with a strong academic record and interest in leadership and societal impact. Participants will gain invaluable leadership skills, enhance problem-solving abilities, and develop a deeper understanding of real-world challenges. Mentorship from IIM Ranchi faculty and industry experts fosters intellectual growth and collaboration, leading to a Certificate of Completion from IIM Ranchi.
